How to Request Account Deletion

  1. Click Request deletion by email.
  2. Use your registered account email when possible and include your full name.
  3. State that you want your account and associated personal data deleted.
  4. We may contact you to verify identity before processing the request.

Data Deleted After Verification

  • Account profile information (for example: name, email, phone, region, demographic/profile fields).
  • Membership profile details and related submissions.
  • Uploaded supporting files tied to your account (such as profile photo, professional ID copy, and payment receipt uploads).
  • Authentication access to the account.

Data That May Be Kept

Some data may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute resolution, financial compliance, or operational backup reasons.

  • Support and operational records: up to 24 months where needed for service quality and legal defense.
  • Security and server logs: up to 24 months for security monitoring and incident investigation.
  • Financial/compliance records: retained for the period required by applicable law.
  • Backup copies: may persist for a limited backup cycle and are not restored except for disaster recovery, security, or legal compliance.

Important Notes

  • If legal obligations require retention of certain records, those records will be kept only as long as required.
  • Where possible, retained data is minimized, anonymized, or access-restricted.
